Perth week

We know we haven't written for a while, but we have been enjoying the relaxation of Perth.
What a change from day after day of riding, to a new place each day. Waking up in the same bed in the same room, not repacking every morning, sheer bliss.

Our time is coming to an end here, we are due to ride out from Police Headquarters at 8am tomorrow morning. So tomorrow is an early start (One of many to come until we get home).

Today was one of the most exciting whilst here in Perth. We were "Show and Tell", that's right we WERE, not we went to.
Mia and Isobel's school invited us and our bikes to a special assembly, which was all about us!!
Curtin Primary School (in Perth, not Curtin in Canberra), had the whole school attend assembly where we told them all about the Wall to Wall (http://www.walltowallride.com/), and Bright Blue (http://www.brightblue.org.au/), and our scenic trip to Perth.

We were both really proud to be invited, and had such a great time, with the children asking some really good questions. They are now going to follow our progress back to Canberra with all of the other riders. (Hi kids, thanks so much for asking us to speak, and making us feel welcome).

Other than that, our time here has flown by, and we have felt like part of the family, with Steve, Annette, Sophie, Mia, Isobelle, and of course Ollie and Felix. Thanks guys.

Perth is beautiful, and we will miss it and all of the friends we have made here, but stage 3 of our journey is now about to begin, hard part ride................

Stay tuned......
